Your DEXA scan, explained
We translate your T-score into plain language, show where it sits on a simple severity scale, and give you a shareable summary to bring to your next appointment.
Lenari turns a confusing DEXA result and a new prescription into something you can actually understand — with plain-language explanations, a medication guide, and one gentle next step each day.
"I built Lenari because so many of the women I treat leave their diagnosis appointment with a printout full of numbers and no real sense of what happens next. This app is the explanation I wish every patient had time to receive — written in plain English, kept private, and designed to feel like support rather than another clinical checklist."— Dr Tomasz Forfa, Founder of Lenari, medical doctor
Lenari is built and operated by Lenari Health Pty Ltd, an Australian company based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. The company was founded by Dr Tomasz Forfa, a medical doctor, after navigating his own bone health journey and seeing first-hand how confusing an osteoporosis diagnosis can be for patients.
Our mission is straightforward: take the clinical information women receive at diagnosis — DEXA results, medications, supplement advice — and present it in a way that's clear, evidence-based, and genuinely supportive, rather than another piece of paperwork to decipher alone.
Lenari's free tier focuses on the three things people ask us for most: making sense of results, knowing what each medication actually does, and a small daily habit that's easy to keep.
We translate your T-score into plain language, show where it sits on a simple severity scale, and give you a shareable summary to bring to your next appointment.
Clear notes on what your medication does, common side effects, and the questions worth asking your doctor — without the jargon or the scare tactics.
Simple, low-pressure reminders for supplements and habits — designed to support routine, not add guilt to your day.
Instead of an overwhelming dashboard, your home screen highlights a single, manageable thing to focus on today.
These commitments come straight from the four parts of the Lenari mark above — clarity, evidence, privacy and support. Each one is backed up in full in our privacy policy.

We never sell your health data. You can export or delete it at any time, in full.
Every feature is shaped by feedback from women actually living with osteoporosis.
We've written our privacy policy the same way we write everything else in Lenari — in plain English, with no legal filler. It covers exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.
